Description
The Dakota NDT PMX2-DL thickness gauge displays the thickness value of a wide range of materials with A and B-Scan displays. The auto find feature locates the detection point(s) and adjusts the display settings to bring the waveform into view. The gauge offers user-selectable resolution of either 0.01mm or 0.001mm (0.001/0.0001″).
Flexible & easy to use, the PMX2-DL gauge is able to measure the thinnest point of the substrate with maximum precision. The high speed scan feature on the PMX2-DL speeds up the inspection process by taking 250 measurements per second. The transducer can be removed from the test material to display the minimum measurement scanned. Limits can be set for individual readings or for each batch with audible and visual alarms.
The PMX2-DL gauge offers the user a choice of display modes including Readings, Selected Statistics, Bar Graph, Run Chart & Differential Mode. As each measurement is taken, up to 4GB of readings and waveforms can be saved into the gauge memory as each measurement is taken, which can be downloaded later into an inspection application or into DakMaster Software for further analysis and reporting.
