The Pyxis SP-300 Series fluorometers measure the concentration of a fluorescent substance in a liquid sample. These fluorometers have a built-in sample cell and samples can be directly filled into the sample cell eliminating the need for purchasing/using sample cuvettes.
The Pyxis SP-350 is a uniquely designed handheld multimeter that measures PTSA. It is a cuvette-less device. Less than 5 mL water sample is needed to fill the sample cell for proper measurement.
