Description
The JFlow Controls 82/83 series double eccentric butterfly valves come in either wafer or lug styles, as well as one-piece body materials consisting of cast steel or stainless steel. This allows for corrosion resistance. The valve comes with a tight shut-off designs and ISO 5211 compliant mounting pad with square shafts. The mounting pad allows for direct mount actuation for manual (lever and gear), pneumatic, and electric actuators.
The valves have a fouble off-set configuration with conical angled disc design, which maximizes flow and minimizes resistance providing high Cv. The gland flange preventing uneven load distribution against packing. The valve’s internal travel stop design prevents over-travel of the disc, minimizing possible seat damage. Lastly, a heavy duty handle and 10 position notch plates allow for positioning the valve disc to precise angle stops.
