Description
The Extech 461893-NIST Non-Contact Photo Tachometer make non-contact RPM measurements of rotating objects using a reflective tape that is placed on the object being measured. Visible light is then directed at the tape, reflected back to the tachometer and a reading is made.
The photo tachometer with integral light beam can measure up to 6″ (152mm) away from its target, has a basic accuracy of ±0.05% of reading and ranges from 5 to 99,999 rpm. For this Extech Non-Contact Photo Tachometer, the readings are updated every second and you can recall the LAST/MAX/MIN values.
The Extech 461893-NIST comes complete with 23″ (0.6m) reflective tape, four 1.5V AA batteries and convenient carrying case.
