E3640 Series 30W Single Output Dual Range Power Supply 0-35V/0.8A or 0-60V/0.5A, GPIB, RS-232 DC output rating – Range 1: 0-35V/0.8A; Range 2: 0-60V/0.5A Output ripple and noise: <8 mVpp / 1 mVrms Accuracy: 0.05% +3 mV Connectivity: GPIB, RS232 Blatant vacuum-fluorescent display, easy-to-use-knob, store and recall setups Clean, stable power; Fast transient response Over-voltage protection; Remote sensing Output stability with line and load regulation at 0.01% Electronic calibration from the front panel The Keysight E3640 Series bench power supply gives you outputs from 30 W to 100 W of power and dual-range flexibility. Each output has a low and high voltage range. The low voltage range allows the power supply to work more current. The E3640 Series bench power supply also has models with one and two outputs - tracking is turned on or off to allow the two outputs to operate independently or work as a pair. With an output power of 30 to 100 W, the Keysight Technologies, Inc. E3640 Series programmable DC power supplies provide excellent performance at a great price. All ten models deliver clean power, excellent regulation, fast transient response, and built-in GPIB and RS-232 interfaces. They are designed to meet the needs of R&D design verification, production testing, QA verifications, and other demanding applications with Keysight quality and reliability. Steady Output With 0.01 percent load and line regulation, Keysight E3640 power supplies can maintain a steady output when power line and load changes occur. They also specify normal mode voltage noise and common low mode current noise. The low standard mode noise specification assures clean power for precision circuitry applications, and the humble standard mode current provides isolation from power line current injection. Keysight E3640 power supplies specify less than 90 msec of voltage settling time at any output load condition. Remote Interface Keysight E3640 power supplies support any PC with a GPIB (IEEE-488) card or RS232 interface. Every model ships standard with both GPIB and RS-232. The easy-to-use SCPI (Standard Commands for Programmable Instruments) allows fast and straightforward programming procedures. Besides, the user manual provides sufficient information on programming for all end-users, from beginners to veterans. Front Panel Operation An easy-to-use rotary knob and self-guiding keypads allow you to set the output at your desired resolution without any effort. Also, both voltage and current levels can be set to a maximum resolution of 10 mV/ 1 mA from the front panel. In addition, you can store and recall for up to five complete power supply setups using the internal non-volatile memory. The output on/off button sets the result to zero. You can view two voltages or currents displayed simultaneously if you own a dual output model.

Remote sensing
The Keysight Technologies, Inc. E363xA Series of programmable DC power supplies gives you the performance of the system power supplies at a decent price. All models provide clean power, excellent regulation and fast transient response with built-in GPIB and RS-232 interfaces. The E363xA Series is designed to meet the requirements of the most demanding applications in R&D design verifications, production testing, and QA verifications with traditional quality and reliability which you can count on.
With the 0.01% load and line regulation, the E363xA Series can maintain a steady output when power line and load changes occur. The power supplies specify both normal mode voltage/current noise and common mode current noise. The low normal mode noise specification assures clean power for precision circuitry applications, and the low common mode current provides isolation from power line current injection.
Remote Interface
If you have an IEEE-488 card or RS-232 in a PC, these power supplies will work for you. Every model comes equipped with both GPIB and RS-232 as standard. All programming is done in easy-to-use SCPI (Standard Commands for Programmable Instruments). The user’s guide describes the process for first-time programmers.
Front Panel Operation
A knob and self-guiding keypads allow you to set the output at your desired resolution quickly and easily. You can store and recall for up to three complete setups using the internal non-volatile memory. The output on/off button sets the output to zero.
E3632A/33A/34A Single-Output Dual Range Power Supplies
These single-output power supplies give you the flexibility to select from a dual output range. The output load is protected against overvoltage and overcurrent, which are easily monitored and adjusted from the front panel and remote interface. Remote sensing is available to eliminate the errors caused by voltage drops on the load leads. The E3633A/34A offers front and rear output terminals for easy wiring.
E363xA Series Features:
Single output/Dual Range
120W to 200W output power
